I am aware that this is probably a Bloglines issue. Unfortunately they have no customer or technical support. Their forums have been down for over a week (at least when I try to access them) and their contact us form generates an auto response that says someone will get back to you, I've been waiting over a week, others I see online have been waiting for months. I did some searching and found out they are owned by Ask.com. I called Ask.com and asked to speak to Bloglines tech support- that got me forwarded to a voice mailbox that was full. I called back to tell them and they said they only had that phone number or a website address, the website address is for the Ask.com FAQ but they have a "report site issue" form. I completed it to complain about the Bloglines problems but am still waiting for a response.
